Price per month: 750 us$ taxes included
Included in price: Cleaner one time a week.
Extra cost per month:
- CABLE TV: 14 us$
- ELECTRICITY: 58 us$ (price increases when you put a washing machine).
- INTERNET CONNECTON: 29 us$
- WATER: 19 us$ (price increases when you put a washing machine)
Total per month all inclusive: 120 us$
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Accommodation condition:
-All our apartments are delivered in a clean state. You are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment during your stay and before you check out.
-You are asked to use your apartment with care and respect, to leave the apartment in the same state of cleanness as you found it, to let all furniture at their initial
place, clean dishes you might have used, put them away at their initial place and to empty the apartment from trash before your departure.
-Residence shall not engage any commercial, illegal, nuisance, dangerous or other activity that could embarrass our property or cause complaints from neighbours.
-The premises shall be occupied or left in the care of anyone not listed as a guest.
-Dominica's Sea View Apartment management shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to guest or guest's property or friends. Guest must immediately notify management/staff if locks, doors or windows are not functioning properly.
Security Deposit:
-A security deposit (1 month rent) is to be paid (by cash, credit card or cheque) the day of your arrival which will be given back at the day of departure when all
rental conditions are met.
-By your signature you will authorise "Dominica's Sea View Apartments" to use or withdraw money from your account (your credit card) to repay any damages or
missing items to the accommodation during your stay.
-The "Security deposit" authorisation you signed shall be cancelled after inspection by our management who determines that no damages, loss or injury (other from
reasonable wear and tear) has been done to the premises or apartment therein.
Reservation:
-To make your reservation we need to know in advance how long you intend to stay with us (arrival and departure date). If you decide to extend your stay and
there is availability it's not a problem.
-To confirm reservation one month rental deposit (as stated on the invoice agreement) equivalent to one month's rent is required at the time of reservation.
-This does not include security deposit.
-Rent for remaining month/s is expected to be paid at the beginning of every additional month (At Calibishie Lodges or on our account)
-Form of payment/s needs to be outline in advance.
-Rooms can not be rented out to third parties.
-Individual parking space is assigned for each apartment. You are requested to park in the space given at check in at all times.
-The weekly cleaner will just do a base clean. They will not be responsible for cleaning up after you, changing your sheets or doing your dishes.
-A cleaner can be appointed (at an additional cost). This needs to be some-one from our staff for safety reason.
-Sheets and towels are not available for long term rentals.
-If something on the inventory list needs to be replaced or repaired let us know, we will do it. Price for items on our inventory list will be left in your apartment these
prices will be use for replacing items or fixing damages occurred by you during your stay.
Check in/ Pick up keys:
-Check in time: 3 pm
-Keys are to be picked up at the Calibishie-Lodges where some-one from our management will escort you the apartment and concluded check in procedures.
-On your arrival you are given 2 keys these keys are to be returned at check out. If lost or damage we account your bill for an additional 40 us$.
-Before the apartment is handed over we check together the inventory for the apartment which you will need to sign on sight. (You will be given a copy).
-All items that need to be fixed at your cost will be carried out by our management. This is done to make sure our standard is kept.
Check out/ Drop off keys settlement of bills:
-Check out time: 11 am
-For departures keys needs to be dropped off and all outstanding bills settled at Calibishie-lodges.
-Inventory taken when you checked in will be used to estimate any damages or loss at your departure.
-On your departure (check out date) a member of our management team will go over the inventory in your presence.
-You get money back for returning crates and empty bottle to the local shops.
-At the end of your rent
Facilities: The apartment comes with the following facilities.
-A full tank of cooking gas all cost to refilled to be paid by renter.
-Kitchen equipment: Gas stove + oven, refrigerator with deep freeze, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, a set of pots and pans, cups, plates, spoons and basic
cleaning material. (A complete inventory will be made).
Cancellation (All refund outside of our cancellation policy would be to the discretion of our management team.)
-When you leave earlier than contracted dates then you will be entitled to pay one month rent extra for Loss of business.
-The Deposit/payments made will be non refundable if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to your arrival.
-3.5% bank charges would be deducted for all refunds.
-No Show forfeits deposit. (Deposit would not be refunded).
-No adjustments in payments will be made if you arrive later or leave earlier than days booked and confirmed.
-Cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior arrival will result in 50% payment from your total stay being charged or requested.
-Please note, that we will not refund a last minute cancellation in case of Hurricanes, Storms, Bad weather, Plane/Boat cancellation, Plane/Boat delays.
Other Information:
-The garden in private and not to be used by renters.
-Respect and consideration for other guest is expected at all times. (No loud noise).
-Garbage is to be placed in the garbage container on the step only and no where else on the premises.
-Laundry is completed up to renters however it can be done at the lodges (for additional cost).
